Spouse Visa Reviews Testimonial

We would definitely recommend using IAS (Immigration Advice Service).  Applying for a visa into the UK can be lengthy, costly and stressful and so having the personal service from IAS was definitely the right thing to do for our family.  Having a case worker to ring and help with queries was reassuring and someone to help complete the lengthy forms so that we got everything right the first time was a huge relief and as a family we are really glad we did this.  It was wonderful to reach the stage where we were watching our daughter marry the love of her life after he finally got his visa to join her here in the UK. – Vicky.J (Full Review)

I am just writing to you regarding the excellent service offered to us by you and all IAS team members. Things needed to be done at the last minute under great pressure whilst the UKBA was threatening to send us back to Pakistan. It was a great relief to eventually be granted leave to remain. Please place on record what an outstanding job has been done by your immigration solicitors. You were fantastic all the way and I do want to say special thanks to Ade who did a great job. – Adnan Afzal

In any life-changing situation it is a privilege to find professional and friendly hands that will support your way through the process.  I could always talk with my adviser by telephone or online with very quick responses, therefore reducing the need to meet constantly and also saving my time and money. Thank you to Natalie Dolan and John Cahill. Generally it was a wonderful service, prompt, efficient and accurate. I couldn’t ask for more and I can’t thank you enough for your help. – Victoria Gritsenko

Spouse Visa Testimonial Recommendation Egypt

I needed advice to get my partner from Egypt here to England on a spouse visa. Having researched on the internet I found the immigration advice service. After contacting them I was allocated a case worker named Natalie. I found her to be extremely helpful and informative, during what was a very stressful but ultimately successful process. Her service was prompt and professional at all times. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the IAS – Colette & Baher (Full Review)

We (two family members) applied for Further Leave to Remain as wife of a British Citizen, and as dependant daughter respectively. We had initially thought to handle the application ourselves, but, realizing the potential difficulties and delays inherent in the process, contacted IAS along with several other service providers. We were immediately reassured by the experience and professionalism of the immigration solicitors at IAS, and from that point on were very happy we made the decision to work with them. – Anon

IAS provided us with the appropriate background on the application process… one of the most important aspects of this was their detailed guidance on the exact documentary evidence needed to support our case, which we were then able to assemble with little difficulty. This done, a single meeting at IAS’ Liverpool office with their immigration solicitors was sufficient to wrap up the details and to enable IAS to complete the necessary 46 pages of forms for UKBA. IAS backed these up with a rigorous covering letter arguing our case both in terms of UK law and regulations and the European Convention on Human Rights. IAS then obtained for us an appointment under the UKBA Same Day Premium Service (at UKBA’s Public Enquiry Office in Sheffield). These appointments are very difficult for the public to obtain directly. A representative of IAS was waiting there for us at the UKBA office on the morning of the appointment with all of the completed documentation, and she navigated us efficiently through the several stages of the process to a successful outcome. We shortly afterwards received notification that Further Leave to Remain had been granted and the biometric residence permits arrived in the post only a matter of days later. Overall, we rate the service of the solicitors at IAS as excellent and it is good to have a friend with IAS’s professionalism, efficiency and experience on your side! I recommend them warmly – Paul Francis & Adriana Magaly Huelgos-Sierra

I will highly recommend Asylum seekers or refugees to approach IAS because I have personally experienced the dedicated service of Abigail Solomon when she represented my case for an Asylum claim and further for family reunion. She was very helpful, competent and committed to help on my case in every possible way. Also the phone service and the service by email was very reasonable and timely. – William

Indefinite Leave to Remain ILR Testimonial

I used the Immigration Advice Service to assist me with my application for Indefinite Leave to Remain in the UK.  As can often be the case, my application was not completely straightforward and during our initial conversations they were very honest and up front about the merits of my case, dealing with all my questions in a professional and timely manner. The service I received from start to finish was truly excellent. In particular I would like to put forward my thanks to Natalie Dolan who worked tremendously hard on my behalf resulting in us obtaining a positive result – I am extremely grateful. I can whole-heartedly recommend without hesitation the Immigration Advice Service to anyone needing to seek specialist immigration advice – Faraz Saleem (Full Review)

I am a Brazilian national whose existing visa was expiring and I needed advice as to the options available as I was proposing to marry a UK citizen. I was given very clear advice by Natalie Dolan of the procedures required and the options available together with a detailed list of documentary evidence I would need to assemble for a successful application. This was all contained in a report following the initial meeting with the immigration specialists and the fees payable were clearly set out. Follow up meetings were arranged as the evidence was assembled and finally an online application submitted as I returned to Brazil. I received my Entry Visa and passport within the timeframe estimated in the original advice. My experience was of a very professional and knowledgeable organisation that was in tune with the latest legislation and able to offer clear advice. – Fernanda Martins

Personally, I’m really happy that I chose IAS and worked with Robina for my visa application. She has been very efficient and supportive on a professional level. IAS connections within the Home Office were very helpful in processing my application smoothly. I will always be happy to work with IAS for future visa applications despite that I live in Bath now. I will always recommend IAS and their expert immigration solicitors. – Alaa

Spouse Visa Testimonial Review

I hired the services of the Immigration Advice Service (IAS) to help my wife stay in the UK. What I thought would be a simple matter of switching a Visit Visa to a Spouse Visa became a minefield once I started reading the information on the UK governments immigration website, I soon realised I needed specialised legal help in making our request to the home office. I cannot thank IAS enough for the hard work and professional approach in gaining a successful outcome in our case. From our experience with dealing with the UK immigration service you need to use a specialised legal company, my wife and I can fully recommend IAS. – Graham & Yupa Jefferson (Full Review)

My permanent leave to remain in the UK was rejected so I sought for a lawyer to make an appeal. I was desperate and when I went to this search engine I looked out for the ones that dealt with immigration in Birmingham. I got a call back from the IAS which I had never heard of before, so went to this office not knowing anything about this lawyer. When I stepped into the office I was met by very friendly people who tried to calm me down because I was crying. By talking to Robina Shah I knew I was in the right hand and she is caring and friendly. We had to go court at Stoke On-Trent and I won the case. I was very pleased with the service and I recommend it to anyone to use it without hesitation because they are good in what they do. Keep up the good work. – Anon
