    Who is delivering this course?

    Heather Malunga is an immigration lawyer with many years’ experience. She is a qualified solicitor, having qualified in 2018. She is accredited at OISC level 3 and is also LSC accredited at Level 2 IAAS.

    Heather specialises in asylum, protection and judicial review matters. She provides advice to clients at all stages of their matters from initial advice, application, appeals to the first tier and Upper Tribunal. Heather also assists clients with challenging the unlawful decisions of public bodies by way of judicial review and also with damages claims in the county court.
