The Home Office’s premium same-day service
Our fast-track visa application package takes full advantage of the Premium Same-Day service offered by the Home Office.
If you are making your application from within the UK, your application may be eligible to be fast-tracked using the Home Office’s Priority Same-Day Service. The following categories/visas may be fast-tracked:
- Spouse Visa
- Civil Partner Visa
- Unmarried Partner Visa
- Dependents (who would apply at the same time as the adult)
- Tier 2 Work Permits
- Tier 4 Student Visas
- Tier 5 Temporary Worker Visas
Please note that Fiance Visas cannot be fast-tracked as these applications have to be made out of the country.
Out of Country
The visas that can be fast-tracked from outside of the UK vary from country to country. Each country is constantly changing which visas can and cannot be fast-tracked – for this reason we cannot offer an up to date list of applicable visas.
Please contact us to inquire whether your particular application will be eligible for the Out of Country Fast Track Service.

There is a legal route for bringing your immediate family members living in your country of origin to the UK under the Family Visa if you have been given refugee or humanitarian protection status in the UK.
Under the Family Reunion Programme, members of your family (including your legally married spouse or civil partner and any dependents under the age of 18) are automatic in this route while other family members may be included based on compassionate grounds.
