Can your North Kensington immigration solicitors help my business apply for a Sponsor License?
If you wish to employ foreign nationals for your UK business, you must have employees in senior positions that are ready to represent you in your application for a Sponsor Licence. Your business must hold a valid licence to employ overseas talent.
Typically, you can either sponsor temporary worker visas or skilled worker visas, depending on the type of role you are recruiting for. If your job is not on the occupation shortage list, you will be required to advertise the role for at least 28 days. This process is designed to show the Home Office you could not find suitable workers in Britain for the role.
You will need to prove you are a legitimate business and provide a portfolio of support documentation. Our team of immigration lawyers can advise you, complete your application with you and ensure your support documentation is up to scratch.
Our immigration lawyers in North Kensington can help you to meet these requirements to maximise your chances of success with your Sponsor Licence application. Call IAS for further information on 0330 433 1213.

Yes, Family visa’s such as the Spouse Visa form the backbone of a lot of our work here at IAS. There are many eligibility requirements necessary and documentation needed for your application to have the best chance at succeeding. You must be able to prove a genuine relationship of at least two years, meet the income requirement and pass a certified English Language test to name a few.
It can be a complicated procedure. Having a highly experienced law firm in your corner can help take the burden off you and your family. Here at IAS we can provide an Advice Package or a more in-depth Application Package to complete your paperwork and gather all supportive documentation for you.
