The child can generally remain in the UK for the full length of their course.
They are then permitted to stay for up to four months after the duration of their course. After this, they will need to leave the UK unless they have applied to extend their stay or have switched to another immigration category.
If your child will be studying for less than six months, you will need to apply for a Child Visitor Visa.
Once your completed application is received by any of our expert lawyers, we usually allow a day for the lawyer to complete the document check.
Work can only begin on your case once your lawyer has received your completed application and all of the supporting documentation and evidence.
We will aim to provide feedback to you the same day to give you time to make any amendments before you submit your application.
