    IAS’ immigration lawyers in Sydenham

From assisting with Tier 2 Visa applications to arranging bail for immigration detainees, our Sydenham immigration lawyers are highly proficient in all areas of immigration law. We are motivated by the desire to make a positive difference in the lives of all our clients, and have designed the services we provide around achieving this.

Rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach, we provide a bespoke legal service that is tailored to the needs of each individual client. Working in this way enables us to account for the complexity that is often part and parcel of navigating through the UK immigration system, and create a route to success that takes into consideration the plethora of variables pertaining to an applicant’s unique situation.

At the Immigration Advice Service, equality is our guiding principle. In addition to providing an egalitarian and accessible legal service, we are also deeply committed to making a positive difference in the world around us. We are involved in a number of community and voluntary projects on an organisation-wide scale, and frequently host in-house charity events in support of a wide number of good causes. We are also keen to contribute towards environmental protection goals by minimising our impact on the environment wherever possible.

Can your Sydenham immigration lawyers assist with Indefinite Leave to Remain (ILR) applications?

Yes, assisting with Indefinite Leave to Remain (ILR) applications is a major part of our work here at the Immigration Advice Service. We are defined by the unique empathy and understanding we have for our clients. Many of our staff members have been through the UK immigration process themselves, and as a result have a first-hand understanding of quite how much it means to both guarantee your future in the UK and gain access to benefits such as NHS healthcare.

If you opt for our help, you will be assigned a lawyer who will sit down with you and discuss your situation in order to determine how best to proceed with your application. If you then opt for our Application Package, your lawyer will handle all aspects of the application process with the utmost care and attention, going above and beyond to maximise in pursuit of your intended outcome.

From preparing a Letter of Representation that maximises the strengths of your application to the Home Office to conducting a thorough documentation check to ensure you have all of your supporting paperwork in order, the service we provide is second to none. We will help you prepare for both the Life in the UK Test and the English language exam, and will help you prove that you satisfy the financial requirements.

We see communication as essential. Throughout the process, we will keep you fully informed of developments as and when they happen, making sure that you are both comfortable and satisfied with the way that things are proceeding.

For more information on how to proceed, get in contact today on 0333 305 9375. We look forward to hearing from you.
