    • You must be able to prove that you have cohabited with your spouse for at least two years;
    • You must demonstrate that you intend to live together permanently in adequate UK accommodation;
    • You must a minimum of £18,600 per year and/or have sufficient savings;
    • You must pass a recognised English language test.
