Do you need an Upminster Bridge immigration lawyer?

Why should I choose your Upminster Bridge immigration lawyers?

Regardless of how complex your situation is, our Upminster Bridge immigration lawyers have the skills, knowledge and work-ethic that is needed to reach a positive solution. We are extremely skilled practitioners of immigration law, from British Citizenship applications to Indefinite Leave to Remain (ILR) applications, and have an impressive track record of securing approved applications for our clients.

From the moment you walk through our doors, we will do everything we can to make you feel both welcome and at home. Ethics are hugely important to us here at the Immigration Advice Service. Our guiding principle is that all people, regardless of background, are entitled to reliable, affordable immigration advice, and we strive to put this principle into practice at every given opportunity.

At your initial appointment, you will be assigned a lawyer who will sit down with you and discuss your situation with you in order to determine how best to proceed. If you then opt for our Application Package, your lawyer will handle all aspects of your application with the utmost care and professionalism, going above and beyond in pursuit of your intended outcome.

As well providing an unrivalled legal service, we are also highly motivated to make a positive difference in the world around us. We are involved in a number of community and voluntary projects on an organisation-wide scale, and frequently host in-house charity projects in support of a wide range of causes. We are also keen to contribute towards environmental protection goals by minimising our impact on the world around us.

What are the Tier 2 Visa eligibility requirements?

If you are considering relocating to the UK for work purposes, you will need to apply for a Tier 2 Visa. In order for your application to be a success, the following eligibility requirements must first be satisfied:

  • You must hold a job offer from a UK-based organisation;
  • You must hold a Certificate of Sponsorship (CoS) issued by a company on the Tier 2 Sponsor List;
  • You must score a minimum of 70 points via the points-based system;
  • You must meet the stated salary threshold for your role;
  • You must satisfy the English language requirement;
  • You must pass the “genuine vacancy” test- this involves the UKVI  verifying that you are sponsored to undertake a genuine role that is appropriate for your skills;
  • You must demonstrate that you have enough funds available to support yourself and your family.

Failure to satisfy the above requirements may result in the rejection of your application. As a result, it is strongly advised that you seek the help of one of our OISC-accredited lawyers.
