Work

The UK offers a wide range of Work visas, including the following:

If you have an offer of study from an eligible UK educational institution, you can apply for a Student visa. This will allow you to study in the UK and, in certain cases, to apply for a Graduate visa after graduating. 

The Study visa will generally allow you to stay in the UK for up to 5 years, depending on the nature of the course. You will also, in some cases, be allowed to work part-time alongside your studies. 

Note that, if you are a UK employer looking to hire a recent international graduate of a UK university, the prospective employee may be able to obtain a Graduate visa. This will allow them to work in the UK for at least 18 months, and for 3 years if they graduated from a PhD programme or equivalent. 

Family 

The UK offers a range of Family visas, depending on the particular circumstances. For instance, if your spouse is working in the UK on an eligible visa route, you may be able to join them on a Dependent visa. Alternatively, if you are married to (or in a long-term relationship with) a British or Irish citizen, you may be able to join them in the UK on a Spouse visa or Unmarried Partner visa.

Obtaining a Sponsor Licence

If you successfully obtain sponsor status, you will now be able to grant certificates of sponsorship to prospective international employees which they can use to support their visa applications.
