The IAS Visa Wizard is the easy way to find the correct visa for you
If you would like to talk with one of our immigration specialists we offer a one-off telephone advice service with which you can obtain legal advice directly over the telephone, with direct access to one of our immigration specialists.
At Immigration Advice Service our services are tailored to meet your individual needs. If you would like to receive advice on the spot, the one-off telephone service is ideal. One of our caseworkers will be able to discuss your case in detail with you and talk through all your options.
Our experienced legal advisers will be happy to discuss any immigration, nationality or asylum matter with you. Here at the Immigration Advice Service we have extensive knowledge of all key legislation together with up-to-date rules, regulations and UK Home Office procedures, including the five tier points-based system.
Whether the session is in-person, over telephone or via Skype, you will receive the same, consistent and professional service.
Your dedicated lawyer will;
The Advice Package is an untimed session. This means that you will have as long as you require with your lawyer, whether it be in person, telephone or Skype.
We usually allow an hour for the session but it can take as little or as long as you need. We just want to ensure that you fully understand the advice that is given and you are clear on the next steps you need to take.
There are no additional costs or hidden fees. The one off payment for the Advice Package is all that you pay.
The lawyer may advise you on how we can assist further with an application – the fees for this will be provided to you during the Advice Session. Our fees are always transparent, meaning the quote you are given is all that you will ever pay.
