Kate Pask

Corporate Immigration Caseworker

Kate joined IAS in 2018 and is based in our Bristol office.  She is a very friendly immigration adviser with extensive corporate immigration experience, acquired over the last 12 years.  Throughout this time Kate has gained a wealth of knowledge advising multi-national corporations in PBS and compliance matters.

Background

Previously based in London working for a “big four” accountancy firm within the immigration legal team, Kate has gained undoubted experience and knowledge in PBS applications, sponsor duties, and compliance matters.  Since 2005 Kate has assisted and advised a variety of companies and their employees ensuring immigration compliance and responsibilities are understood and met by both.  Kate prides herself on providing personalised tailored advice and takes time to establish each of her client’s needs from the initial conversation.

Experience

Kate not only has experience in PBS and corporate immigration. She has also been responsible for many other positive applications submitted to the Home Office, including applications under EU law, Indefinite Leave to Remain, Further Leave to Remain and Naturalisation applications.
