Background and Experience
Marta graduated in Law from the University of Cadiz in 2019. During her years of study, she also worked as a Research Assistant in the International Law Department of her university, focusing on immigration law.
In 2020, Marta moved to London, where she worked as a Paralegal in a law firm while studying a LLM in Legal Practice at the Spanish National University of Distance Education (UNED) as part of her qualification to become a lawyer.
Following her LLM, she joined an immigration organisation whilst also studying a second Master’s in Spanish Immigration Law and providing UK
immigration legal advice.
In 2023, she was appointed as a Spanish Immigration Lawyer and Global Immigration Consultant at IAS.
