Ruth is an experienced, OISC accredited, immigration lawyer who is able to think outside the box to increase the chances of a successful application. She is particularly experienced in making successful immigration appeals, asylum appeals, and complex asylum claims.

Background

Ruth, when not practicing immigration law governs a charity which provides training for disenfranchised young people. She is also a member of PTA and sings on UK’s longest standing choral society: Derby’s Coral Union (Established in 1866).

Experience

Ruth has been working as an immigration lawyer for many years and has developed a highly-experienced, nuanced approach to her role as a result of this. Her special areas include complex Asylum Claims, Immigration Appeals and Asylum Appeals, for which she has had numerous successes.
