What Is The New Brunswick Provincial Nominee Program?

The New Brunswick Provincial Nominee Program (NBPNP) is designed to select and nominate qualified and eligible overseas workers who wish to live and work in New Brunswick.

If you are accepted through the nominee program, as a Nigerian you will have the opportunity to apply for permanent residence in Canada.

The program is divided into various streams with requirements for eligibility dependent upon the stream you apply through.

What Is The New Brunswick PNP Eligibility for Each Category:

There are a number of categories in the New Brunswick Provincial Nominee Program and you should choose the category that applies to you and your PNP eligibility.

    • New Brunswick Skilled Worker Stream – is for foreign graduates and nationals who have received an offer of employment from a New Brunswick employer that is unable to fill a job vacancy with a Canadian national.
    • New Brunswick Express Entry Stream – designed for overseas applicants who want to live and work in New Brunswick, but want to pay a higher fee to have their application fast-tracked.
    • New Brunswick Business Immigration Stream – aimed at experienced foreign entrepreneurs who want to set up a business and live and work in New Brunswick.
    • New Brunswick Post-Graduate Entrepreneurial Stream – for international individuals with a university degree who want to set up a business and live and work in the region.
    • New Brunswick.New Brunswick Strategic Initiative Stream – is for French-speaking foreign individuals who have the requisite skills and education to live permanently in the area.
