It is important that you read this notice, together with any other privacy notice we may provide on specific occasions when we are collecting or processing personal information about you, so that you are aware of how and why we are using such information.

1. What personal information do we collect from the people that visit our website?
When ordering or completing a contact form on our site, as appropriate, you may be asked to enter your name, email address or other details to help you with your need or experience.

3. Our lawful basis for Data Collection and Processing:

We take data security seriously and have implemented appropriate technical and organizational measures to safeguard your personal data from unauthorized access, accidental loss, destruction, or alteration.
We have put in place procedures to deal with any suspected data security breach and will notify you and any applicable regulator of a suspected breach where we are legally required to do so. In addition:
- Our website is scanned on a regular basis for security holes and known vulnerabilities in order to make your visit to our site as safe as possible.
- We use regular Malware Scanning.
- Your personal information is contained behind secured networks and is only accessible by a limited number of persons who have special access rights to such systems and are required to keep the information confidential. In addition, all sensitive information you supply is encrypted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology.
- We implement a variety of security measures when a user places an order, enters, submits, or accesses their information to maintain the safety of your personal information.
- All transactions are processed through a gateway provider and are not stored or processed on our servers.
7. Your rights:
Under the GDPR, you have the right to request access to your personal data, rectification of inaccuracies, erasure of data, restriction of processing, data portability, and the right to object to the processing of your personal information where we are relying on a legitimate interest (or those of a third party) and there is something about your particular situation which makes you want to object to processing on this ground. You also have the right to object where we are processing your personal information for direct marketing purposes.
IAS is committed to upholding the rights of relevant data subjects. These rights encompass the ability to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of personal data associated with the individual. Furthermore, data subjects possess the authority to raise objections against processing, which includes direct marketing activities. It is important to note that data subjects also retain the right to file complaints with the appropriate Data Protection Authority, such as the ICO (Information Commissioner’s Office.
If you believe the IAS has not complied with your rights, you can complain to the Information Commissioner.
8. What if you do not provide personal data?
If you do not provide personal data, it is likely to be impossible for the IAS to enter into, or to continue with, a working relationship with you.

10. Do we use ‘cookies’?
