About The Course
This ESOL Level 2 course is a privately delivered English language programme designed for learners who already have a basic foundation in English and want to communicate more independently and clearly in everyday, work, service, and formal situations.
The course focuses on developing functional English for real-life use, including workplace communication, appointments, service interactions, and formal or official communication. Learners will build confidence in understanding longer instructions, explaining information clearly, and using more appropriate language in structured or formal settings.
Learners will strengthen speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills, with greater emphasis on clarity, accuracy, and tone. Written activities include short formal emails, service-related messages, and understanding official letters, while spoken practice focuses on clearer explanations, asking and answering questions, and responding appropriately in professional and formal contexts.
Sessions are practical, supportive, and interactive, allowing learners to apply English independently while continuing to receive clear guidance from a tutor.
Course Structure
Lessons run for 8 weeks via Microsoft Teams.
Sessions take place every Tuesday and Thursday from 11:45am to 12:45pm (UK Time), starting on the 24th March 2026.
