About This Course
No Recourse to Public Funds (NRPF) is one of the most complex and often misunderstood areas within UK immigration and welfare systems. This course provides a clear, practical understanding of how NRPF operates, who it affects, and the legal framework underpinning access to support.
Learners will explore the distinction between public and non-public funds, identify when support may still be accessed lawfully, and examine the safeguarding responsibilities that arise when working with vulnerable individuals. The course also covers key routes to lifting NRPF conditions and responding effectively in high-risk situations such as homelessness, domestic abuse, and family breakdown.
Through real-world scenarios, this course equips participants with the knowledge and confidence to identify NRPF issues early, advise accurately, and navigate complex cases safely and lawfully.
Joining instructions and links are sent to the email address provided at registration 24 hours in advance.
