About Us
Immigration Advice Service offers an industry leading advice and compliance package, which aims to provide you with all the information you need to make an informed decision on how to proceed with your immigration matter.
Our initial Advice Session can take place either in person (in one of our nationwide offices), over the phone or via Skype with one of our highly qualified, OISC regulated immigration lawyers. They will take detailed instructions about your immigration matter and provide you with comprehensive advice on what your options are and the next steps you need to take.
During your Advice Session, we will also discuss how we can undertake and manage the entire application process for you with our Application Package, making the process as smooth and stress-free as possible whilst maximising the chances for success by using our vast, proven experience and expertise.
We also provide a Checking Service if you decide the Full Service is not for you, where one of our lawyers will go through the application that you have completed with a professional eye to ensure everything is correct and present before sending off to the Home Office.

Our Service Fees
With your visa application, our attorneys provide full legal support as well as experienced guidance. It’s important to keep in mind that costs will increase if your application has previously been denied. For this reason, we advise hiring one of our immigration attorneys to assist you submit a successful visa application the first time.
Our initial consultation is unscheduled and costs £150. One of our experts will listen to you with empathy and go over all of your alternatives with you in detail. After the consultation, they will respond to any follow-up questions you may have via email.
Due to the fact that many of our clients don’t want to submit their visa applications incorrectly and run the danger of rejection, our Full Package Service is our most popular offering. The typical price for our Full Package service is broken down below.

Normally, 60 to 65% of the total application fee for the visa route of your choice goes towards our document checking service.
