Applications to the Home Office can be complex and seeking the advice and assistance of an experienced, specialist immigration solicitor is highly recommended.

Here at the Immigration Advice Service, we offer a package specifically designed to advise and practically assist you with your immigration, nationality and asylum applications. This package is recommended if you need help completing an application and collating the relevant documentation to support it.

Our application service involves a detailed consultation with a dedicated caseworker who will be able to advise you on your application, eligibility, supporting documents, procedure, timescales, fees and your prospects of gaining a successful outcome. Your legal advisor or solicitor will then help you to prepare, submit and monitor the progress of your visa application, confirming the advice and steps taken in writing to you.

Our highly qualified immigration advisors are accredited by the Office of the Immigration Services Commissioner (OISC) and have extensive knowledge of all key immigration, nationality and asylum legislation together with up-to-date rules, regulations and Home Office procedures.

With decades of legal experience, our team boasts a consistent track record of successfully advising and assisting clients, from individuals and their families to UK businesses and their employees. With our expertise, we can maximise your chances of achieving a successful outcome. Contact us on 0333 363 8577 or make an enquiry online to speak to an immigration lawyer about your individual application.

FAQs

What is the Application Package process?

The process begins with an initial Advice Session. This is so your lawyer can talk through your specific circumstances in detail, which will allow them to advise you on which is the best application, with the highest chance of success, for you to make.

This can take place either in person, over the telephone or via Skype.

Following on from the Advice Session, if you are happy with the advice you have been given, your lawyer will then request paperwork, evidence and documentation off you so that they can begin to work on your application right away. They will keep you updated at all times on the progress of your application and will notify you when it is ready to submit to the Home Office.

Once submitted, we will liaise with the Home Office until a decision has been made – after which, we will notify you of the outcome.

How soon will you begin working on my application?

This depends entirely on you – we will begin working on your application as soon as your lawyer has received the documentation that is required.

If there is any documentation/evidence missing, we will notify you straight away. If you are struggling to get hold of certain documents, we will advise you on the best way to obtain these.

If your application is time sensitive, you may want to consider our Fast Track Application Package.

Are there any additional costs or hidden fees?

There are no additional costs or hidden fees. The fee you have been quoted for your application is all that you will pay.

During the initial Advice Session, your lawyer will advise you of the application fee, as well as any Home Office/government fees that may need to be paid. All of our fees are transparent and clear from the start.
