Frequently Asked Questions
The process begins with an initial Advice Session. This is so your lawyer can talk through your specific circumstances in detail, which will allow them to advise you on which is the best application, with the highest chance of success, for you to make.
This can take place either in person, over the telephone or via Skype.
Following on from the Advice Session, if you are happy with the advice you have been given, your lawyer will then request paperwork, evidence and documentation off you so that they can begin to work on your application right away. They will keep you updated at all times on the progress of your application and will notify you when it is ready to submit to the Home Office.
Once submitted, we will liaise with the Home Office until a decision has been made – after which, we will notify you of the outcome.
This depends entirely on you – we will begin working on your application as soon as your lawyer has received the documentation that is required.
If there is any documentation/evidence missing, we will notify you straight away. If you are struggling to get hold of certain documents, we will advise you on the best way to obtain these.

There are no additional costs or hidden fees. The fee you have been quoted for your application is all that you will pay.
