We, as a company, can fast track all applications. This means that we will complete all application forms and prepare all supporting documentation for you in time to meet your specified deadline.

We will then submit your visa application and, depending on the visa type, there may be further options to speed up your application. Some applications may be fast-tracked using the Home Office’s Premium Same-Day Service. However, this will depend on which type of visa you are applying for.

IAS can offer the Fast Track Package for any visa type, whether your visa application can be placed on a premium service by the Home Office or not. In Country

If you are making your application from within the UK, your application may be eligible to be fast-tracked using the Home Office’s Priority Same-Day Service. The following categories/visas may be fast-tracked:

• Spouse Visa
• Civil Partner Visa
• Unmarried Partner Visa
• Dependents (who would apply at the same time as the adult)
• Tier 2 Work Permits
• Tier 4 Student Visas
• Tier 5 Temporary Worker Visas

Please note that Fiance Visas cannot be fast-tracked as these applications have to be made out of the country.

Out of Country

The visas that can be fast-tracked from outside of the UK vary from country to country. Each country is constantly changing which visas can and cannot be fast-tracked – for this reason we cannot offer an up to date list of applicable visas.

If you have already submitted a postal application you can still switch to the Premium Fast Track Visa service to speed things up. This is useful if you have urgent travel plans or if you need your visa for employment purposes.
