Maximiliano is a qualified lawyer registered with the Barcelona Bar Association (ICAB) since 2024 (No. 47.989), with extensive experience in immigration, international mobility, corporate legal services, and labour law.

His professional journey includes positions in prestigious national and international organisations, highlighting his internship at a well-known law firm in Spain, where he gained experience in People Services, Immigration, Nationality, Global Mobility & Tax.

Since January 13, 2025, Maximiliano has been serving as Immigration Counsel (Spain) at Immigration Advice Service Ltd, where he advises clients on Spanish immigration law, manages visa and residence applications, and provides tailored legal solutions for international mobility and corporate matters. He also has experience in labour law, including client advice, contract drafting, payroll and social security management, and representation in conciliation proceedings.
