Background and Experience

Seni is an experienced Global Mobility and Immigration Compliance Specialist with over 10 years’ experience advising individuals and organisations on international mobility across the UK, EMEA, and APAC regions. As a member of IAS’s Global Immigration Team, she supports clients with end-to-end mobility solutions, helping them navigate complex immigration systems across multiple jurisdictions with confidence and clarity.

Seni advises on international assignments, work authorisation, residence permits, and compliance in a range of countries, including Portugal, France, and other European and global destinations. She works closely with employers, HR teams, and individual clients to deliver practical, compliant mobility strategies that align with business and personal objectives while minimising risk.

With a strong background in immigration law, HR compliance, and global mobility operations, Seni is highly skilled at managing high-volume caseloads, interpreting evolving immigration rules, and coordinating cross-border processes. Her academic training in International Law and Organisational Psychology allows her to combine technical expertise with a people-centred approach, ensuring a seamless and supportive client experience.

Seni is known for her clear communication, attention to detail, and calm, solution-focused style. She is currently completing her OISC certification and remains committed to delivering high-quality, ethical immigration advice across all regions.
