I recently had my first consultation with Houri, and I was very impressed with the experience. She provided clear and comprehensive information regarding my visa application process and took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly. Her approach was both professional and approachable, which made it easy to understand the legal aspects involved. I appreciated her responsiveness and the clarity she brought to what can often be a complex topic. I feel more confident moving forward thanks to her guidance and would not hesitate to recommend her services to others starting their immigration journey.
I paid £120 (€146) for a 45min immigration consultation. However, the session lasted only 20 minutes. The lawyer who assisted me promised to send a list of visa-sponsoring companies by email, but I never received it, even after following up. I feel I did not receive the full service I paid for, and the lack of follow-up was disappointing. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this firm.

I am grateful for the help that I obtained to get my current visa renewed. But I was very disappointed with the service that I received after obtaining my visa. I had a very specific stipulation on my visa that I needed clarity on to apply for ILR. It took almost a month of calling and sending emails to finally receive a reply. For the amount that I paid for the application/lawyers fee it was very disappointing to say that least.

I was referred to Immigration Advice Service seeking information for possible UK citizenship. I was assigned to Mark Rigby who guided me through the process of searching for a path for UK citizenship. With Mark's guidance I was able to do my own research on my maternal grandfather who was born in England, to further learn if he ever became naturalized and when. Unfortunately I learned my maternal grandfather became a citizen before my mother was 18 years old which disqualified me a path to UK citizenship.
Just wish I’d spoke to this wonderful lady before submitting a Spouse visa application, had I done so Im confident I would be in the UK with my wife.
