Eyram Osei-Agyemang

Background and Experience

Eyram Osei-Agyemang is an expert in complex immigration cases, specialising in asylum, human rights, EU Free Movement, and Nationality Law. She is a highly experienced Immigration Casework Supervisor and practising solicitor with IAA Level 3 accreditation.

Eyram is renowned for successfully challenging UK Home Office decisions and advocating for clients in appeals at Asylum and Immigration Tribunals.

Notably, Eyram handled a significant asylum case that became a country guidance case, where a Somali journalist faced prosecution if returned to Somalia. Eyram ensured a successful outcome.

Eyram has over 15 years of experience in immigration, starting as an immigration advisor in 2007 before becoming an Immigration Consultant, then a Solicitor in 2011 and 2013 before joining IAS in 2019, leading to her current role as an Immigration Casework Supervisor

Beyond her legal practice, Eyram has a history of contributing pro bono services, including advising at Citizen Advice Service in Wokingham. In her personal life, she enjoys quality time with her family and pursues interests such as cooking, dancing, singing, and crafting jewellery.
