Can you help me apply for a Fiance Visa?
Yes, assisting with Fiance Visas is a major part of our work. We have a deep understanding of how important it is to secure your future with your loved ones, and how significant a decision it can be to relocate to a new country. As a result, we do everything within our power to make the Fiance Visa application process as simple and stress-free as possible and go above and beyond to maximise your chances of success.
At your initial appointment, you will be assigned a lawyer who will talk through the Fiance Visa eligibility criteria with you in order to determine that you are able to proceed with the application process. To be eligible for a Fiance Visa, your fiance must already be residing in the UK as a British citizen or settled person. It is also essential that you and your partner have met each other at least once prior to your application, and you must also intend to live together permanently after your marriage or civil partnership.
You must meet what is known as the ‘maintenance condition’, meaning that your partner must be earning a minimum of £18,600 per year in order to sponsor you. Your assigned lawyer will conduct a thorough documentation check to ensure you have all of the necessary paperwork in place for your application and will prepare a Letter of Representation that outlines the strengths of your application to the Home Office, drawing attention to relevant immigration laws in support of your case.
We believe that communication is the key to success. Throughout the application process, your lawyer will be in regular contact to ensure you are kept fully informed of new developments as they happen and are happy with the way that things are progressing. We will also maintain frequent dialogue with the Home Office.
