I have been supporting a mum with a child with a disability and I needed to obtain legal advice for her. I approached IAS and initially spoke to Abigail Solomon who fully understood my service user’s predicament. She was kind and understanding and she allocated the most wonderful caseworker to my service user, called Kim. My service user has not stopped singing Kim’s praises. She reports that Kim is kind, compassionate and patient and whilst having appointments she has had to attend to her child, Kim insists she does so and waits patiently for her to finish. She was very anxious about accessing legal advice as she has no one to look after her child and she can ‘play up’ when mum is busy with something. She was worried about how meetings with Kim would go due to the child’s behaviours but Kim has just been so understanding which has totally put mum at ease. A very big thank you to IAS and Abigail and Kim for your kindness, compassion and of course legal advice.

We have used IAS services for a partner VISA. I must say it was a rollercoaster. Our advisor Manaseia was really kind and definitely a person who knows how to talk to people and gain their trust. She was incredible to talk with, answered every question we had but sometimes it took her quite a long time to get back to us. Since my whole life depended on it, it felt a bit bad. I understand she and other advisors must have a lot of work but the automated email responses are just not enough, i would even appreciate a quick and simple ‘thanks for the query i am looking through it right now’ or ‘i will let you know by tomorrow’ or ‘this might take me a while to sort out’
Though after each delay they would answer every question we had fully and if we emailed the day they got back to us they would respond on that day letting us know what we needed, if the paper work was correct. and what we would we need next to get moving onwards with the application.
In conclusion, There is a big chance we will return to IAS for my VISA extension because of the profesionalism, friendly manner and the fact my VISA got approved.

I have used IAS twice now. First for my Skilled Worker visa extension with Deepak B. and most recently for my ILR application with Mariam A. I can say that both have been outstanding support in both cases and have been very professional from the start. The advice given regarding the best paths forward and the documents required were all spot on. So once all the documents were uploaded, there was no more back and forth, and we could go ahead with the applications. Both applications also went successfully in quick fashion. Mariam was helpful in reassuring me to go ahead with the Priority service too, given I probably can’t wait too long for my ILR due to other short-term commitments, and it paid off given the settlement was granted within few days of Biometrics. All deadlines that we agreed to were always met too. So overall I’ve had good experience applying through IAS and would definitely recommend their services

After having a really bad experience with a different law firm who mislead us with the complete wrong information leading us to get a rejected visa, finding IAS was my light under a very dark tunnel. THANKS TO ABDUL MUTEE my husbands spouse visa wad approved and he is now here in the UK with his family. I found them though research and reading the successful reviews they were my last hope to help my husband come to the UK on a spouse visa. From my first initial 1 hour consultation with Charleene she listened to our situation and advised us on the best plan and said that she was positive that we will get a positive result. We was then appointed to Mr Abdul Mutee who from the first moment of meeting right to the very end of the application process and even after was very helpful and supportive with our situation. He answered all my questions promptly when i emailed him and even agreed to have weekly catch up video chats when we were close to applying so that we could double check that every piece of evidence we provided was correct and if anything was missing. He checked through all my documents and told me if i needed to add anything else to make my case stronger. Abdul gives great advise and guidance and answers any question you need even if you think its something silly. He was very understanding that i was very nervous after our last failed experience. I couldnt thank Abdul and the IAS team enough. After loosing hope they gained back my trust. If you go with any company go with IAS they make a plan and a personalised check list and support you every step of the way. I look foward to hopefully working with Abdul and the ias team again when its comes to the visa extention.

From the very moment I reached out to IAS, the customer service has been very good. I was told that I would be contacted on a date and time confirmed by me. The agreed date was today, 13th November 2025, at 8:00am T&T time. Ms. Laura Christian gave me a call and we had a conversation. Firstly my initial call with the IASC was really good, my questions answerd quickly and clearly. Then I was introducerd to Charlene Phillips my case worker, we had a very clear and helpful video call whist I was still in Australia and she couldn’t have been more helpful, clear and friendly.

My partner and I signed up with IAS following an introductory chat with Charlene Philips that made us feel confident in the company. I was very disappointed with their service. They seemed very promising: returning my call immediately and seemingly very attentive at first – then, after payment, the emails and correspondences were rushed, often incomplete, wrong details entered (and hence needing to triple check everything myself), not adequately responding to my questions, but more importantly not addressing key issues adequately to prepare for a strong case. I believe we seek immigration advice wanting clarification and guidance, but the advice given was not adequate for my case, eventuating in a visa refusal. I sought out guidance from my caseworker to obtain a simple answer to the question of: what shall i do next? – however i have been met with no response and silence from their part.

I paid £120 (€146) for a 45min immigration consultation. However, the session lasted only 20 minutes. The lawyer who assisted me promised to send a list of visa-sponsoring companies by email, but I never received it, even after following up. I feel I did not receive the full service I paid for, and the lack of follow-up was disappointing. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this firm.

I had a very specific stipulation on my visa that I needed clarity on to apply for ILR. It took almost a month of calling and sending emails to finally receive a reply. I was referred to Immigration Advice Service seeking information for possible UK citizenship. I was assigned to Mark Rigby who guided me through the process of searching for a path for UK citizenship. With Mark’s guidance I was able to do my own research on my maternal grandfather who was born in England, to further learn if he ever became naturalized and when. Unfortunately I learned my maternal grandfather became a citizen before my mother was 18 years old which disqualified me a path to UK citizenship.

Just wish I’d spoke to this wonderful lady before submitting a Spouse visa application, had I done so Im confident I would be in the UK with my wife.
However due to misunderstandings completing the application forms myself Im in the UK and my wife is stuck in Thailand.

It was an wonderful journey with IAS Solicitor Mr. Irfan Waheed. He helped me to get Right of Abode for my baby. It was a bit complicated case, because baby was born in Tehran, Iran through IVF.
