A Look Back at 2024 With IAS
2024 has been another notable year for UK and international immigration, with numerous significant developments affecting the general public.
These have included changes to UK immigration policy, such as the raising of the Spouse visa minimum income threshold and the raising of the Skilled Worker minimum salary threshold, as well as the changeover from the previous Conservative government to the new Labour government led by Kier Starmer.
World events such as conflicts in Syria, the Ukraine and Sudan, as well as the election of Donald Trump to the US presidency have also had rippling effects on immigration patterns worldwide.
However, IAS have continued to provide expert advice and assistance to clients throughout these changes, ensuring that all those who get in touch with us can access affordable, helpful legal advice.
