How Much Are Child Visitor Visa UK Fees from Nigeria?
Children under the age of 18 can travel to the UK with a Child Visitor Visa. This comes under the Standard Visitor Visa category and is valid for 6 months.
You can either travel alone or with an adult. If travelling alone your parent or guardian will have to provide written consent and give their full contact details.
You’ll also have to prove that you have suitable accommodation in the UK and enough money to support yourself and pay for your return or onward journey.
The fee for this visa is £115.
Nigeria Visitor Visa for Private Medical Treatment
It is possible to obtain a Visitor Visa to access private medical treatment in the UK. This visa is also available to those who wish to be an organ donor to an identified recipient in the UK.
The application fee for these visas in Nigeria is dependent on the expected duration of the treatment. A visa for less than 6 months costs £115 while one for 11 months or less costs £200.
UK Visiting Academic Visa
You can apply for a UK Visiting Academic Visa that lasts for 12 months and costs £200. Alternatively, you can visit for 6 months and once in the UK apply to stay up to 12 months. This will cost £1,000.
UK Student Visa Fees from Nigeria
There are three Student Visa application routes for Nigerian students who wish to come to the UK, the Student Visa, Child Student Visa and Short-term Study Visa.
The UK Student Visa allows applicants over 16 to study in the UK for a further or higher education qualification.
The Student Visa fee is £490 and the earliest you can apply is 6 months before the start of your course.
Child Student Visa
A Child Student Visa allows students between the ages of 4 and 17 to come to the UK for entry to an independent school. The UK visa fees in Nigeria for this visa are £490.
Short-term Study Visa
Come to the UK for up to 11 months to study the English language by applying for a Short-term Study Visa. The fee is £200.
A standard Skilled Worker Visa costs £719 for up to 3 years and £1,420 for over 3 years.
The Skilled Worker Visa also covers a range of subcategories including the Health and Care Worker Visa.
If your job is on the Shortage Occupation List a visa will cost from £551 to £1,084 depending on duration.
Health and Care Worker Visa
For occupations in Health and Care, a visa will cost £284 for up to 3 years and £551 for over 3 years.
Visa Fees for Business Visitors
There are various business visas for those wishing to come to the UK from Nigeria and who meet the eligibility criteria.
These include the Global Business Mobility Visa costing from £298 to £1,420 depending on duration and specialism. The Global Talent Visa costs from £192 to £716 depending on whether an approval letter is required while a High Potential Individual Visa costs £822.
