EU Settlement Scheme and Coronavirus: updates on supporting services
More than three million applications have been accepted under the EU Settlement Scheme, according to the latest figures.
Although there are still 15 months before the deadline of 30 June 2021 to apply for the Scheme, during this challenging time the processing time may take longer than usual. In addition, in line with the latest Public Health England advice, the Home Office has recently released a series of measures.

Settlement Resolution Centre (SRC)
The SRC is currently not answering telephone calls. It is, however, still available via email and provides a call back function when required. Emails from support organisations are being prioritised.
ID Document Scanner Locations
All ID document scanner locations are now suspended to protect their staff, following all the latest Public Health England advice.
Postal Route for Submitting Identity Evidence
The postal route for submitting identity evidence is suspended. All documents already sent to the Home Office will be returned as quickly as possible.
EU Exit ID Document Check App
The app is still available and can be used to make your application online at any time before the deadline of 30 June 2021.
Funded Voluntary and Community Sector Organisations
Some services have been suspended, but some organisations are still able to provide support in other ways, for example, via telephone and online. Further details can be found on the website of each individual organisation.
